Far from your normal "celebrity DJ," Mr. Hawthorne has real turntable skills, a huge music collection, and vast knowledge of all forms of music....we would expect nothing less from a Detroit dude!

As DJ Haircut he held down several residencies in Detroit and Ann Arbor, MI and has rocked sets at legendary parties already such as the Do Over (LA) and PST (SF). As a member of hip-hop trio Now On he flexed hip-hop skills well before he dropped his massive soul release "A Strange Arrangement" in 2009.
