Event Description

Event to raise funds to repay the costs of last year's May 1st march for immigrant rights & to begin raising funds for the highly necessary one next year. The event will be at SF Sub-Mission, we will have 3 awesome bands (www.thankyoujulius.com download their songs for FREE and Renee Asteria), DJ Stepwise & DJ Chango Julius will be spinning everything from afro-diaspora, cumbias, merengue and more. We will also be showing "We are still here", a film that documents the police brutality of the LAPD on May 1st, 2007 at MacArthur Park in Los Angeles.
