An intimate 2 hour talk on cultivating, feeding, and maintaining healthy relationships with ourselves, our family, our community, and our partners. With stic.man of dead prez (www.rbgfitclub.com)and his wife of 22 years, nutritionist and author Afya Ibomu of (www.nattral.com)

Learn the 7 strategies that this powerful couple have developed and lived by in building and  expanding their relationship, family, and commitment to personal and community health and wellness.

Khnum "Stic" Ibomu is an internationally acclaimed hip hop artist, known widely for his work on over 10 releases as an emcee and producer with the revolutionary hip hop duo dead prez, and also as a solo artist, producer, songwriter, author, publisher, martial art student, marathoner, holistic health advocate, CEO of Boss Up Inc and founder of the RBG FIT CLUB. From Dead Prez debut classic album Let's Get Free, to  stic.man's current ground breaking "fit hop" album The Workout, and his RGB FIt Club enterprise, Stic.man continues to evolve and represent conscious living and Hip Hop culture authentically in this Age of Information. 

Afya Ibomu is a Holistic Nutritionist, Author, the CEO of NATTRAL.com, and has been a living plant based since 1990. Her third book the Vegan Soul Food Guide to the Galaxy, was nominated for an African American Literary Award for cookbook of the year. Afya is certified in Holistic Health and holds a bachelor's degree in nutrition. She is also the author of the Get Your Crochet On! pattern book series, that have sold over 20,000 copies.
