San Francisco has a diverse disco scene that often crosses over but not often enough! The goal of Go BANG! is to bring the crews and their devoted dancers together in a mixed, diverse, exciting environment, with a nod to the diversity and freedom of the 70's/80's San Francisco/New York/Chicago disco nightlife!

Disco freaks, art school boys & girls, drag queens & kings, boogie-heads, fierce dancers, flashy dressers, sexy girls, hot boys, DJs, dancers, photographers, artists, fashionistas; gay/straight/bi/tri/whateva! Bring your flashiest, trashiest, classiest, sexiest, craziest style; but bring an open mind, big smile, and shoes that will allow you to dance from opening to last call! We will start with fire and end with fire!

Taking inspiration from the classic Dinosaur L. song
"I wanna see all my friends at once
I'll do anything to get a chance to
Goooo BANG!"

**Special Guest: JASON KENDIG of San Francisco's Best Gay Heavy Dance Collective, HONEYSOUNDSYSTEM!

Jason began collecting records in Detroit in the Early 90's and fell in love with DJing shortly thereafter. He is obsessed with Disco, Italo, classic Chicago House & early Detroit Techno. He was one of the original residents at legendary & long-running FAMILY Detroit party. He has DJed throughout the United States and in Europe at clubs & parties like Horse Meat Disco (London), Club Lux (Lisbon), Tripod (Dublin), Pratersauna & Fluc Wanne (Vienna), Berghain (Berlin) and Hafen 2 (Frankfurt). Jason was also recently tapped to do a guest mix on the Legendary Beats In Space Radio show: http://www.beatsinspace.net/playlists/515

He is currently resident for San Francisco's Superb HONEYSOUNDSYSTEM Crew. His song, "SK-1" is a highlight of HONEYSOUNDSYSTEM's "Brotherhood" Compilation, and look for upcoming releases on MR.INTL (a label co-run by Jason & Andy Butler of Hercules & Love Affair).
