Producers/beatmakers are given songs (samples) to "flip" which they must turn into one minute beats (and in the case of the fourth and final round, remix a rap acapella of their choosing). These beats will be played head to head live, as well as going on the Galt McDermot Beat Battle Tape which will be available for free download at both http://todaysfuturesound.bandcamp.com as well as in our "music" section under the sub heading "beat battle tapes" here on todaysfuturesound.org for all to enjoy.
