The Fellinis play a soulful and aggressive style of post modern improvised/composed jazzical sound that is informed by dub, afro beat, abstract funk, drumnbass, hardcore/psych/prog rock and film soundtracks (the darker and more atmospheric the better) The group has been profiled on NPR and BET in the US and on Radio Nova in France. They've traveled to Spain to perform at the San Sebastian International Jazz Festival and to British Columbia for the du Maurier festival. Other festival appearances include the San Francisco Jazz Festival, Stern Grove Festival in SF, the Bumbershoot Festival in Seattle and more.
