Other events to check out!

"Fast Forward" @ 1AM Gallery, 1000 Howard St. SF

1AM and curator, Mike Tyau, are pleased to present “Fast Forward”, a group exhibition that captures the progressive evolution of spray can art. The collection includes works from Suiko from Japan, Sueme from Canada, Jaybo from Germany, and Poesia, Robz, and Bam from the Bay Area. The opening reception is on Friday, September 23rd, 2011 from 6:30 - 10:00pm. The exhibition will run through October 30th.

Vogue Solo Show @ Famous Four Colors, 1525 Webster St. Oakland

Friday, October 7th 2011 Vogue will be releasing 10-15 new works at the F4C screen-printing gallery. In addition to the beautiful images of women that have been a mantra to his style, his recent work has dealt with still-lifes of childhood objects – oftentimes taken to the level of detail as to render them nearly abstract. Vogue's use of color brings a sensational life to his work.
