Event Description

Hip to Help is a San Francisco based organization dedicated to
bringing the importance of music and art back into the lives of
inner-city youth. By helping to bring creativiy, passion, and
inspiration to the youth of today, we insure artists for tomorrow. On
Sunday, May 25th, Hip to Help, E Da Boss, BM, and Otis present Live On
The Lane, a benefit for the music program at George Washington Carver
Elementary School. Artists performing will be The Mighty Underdogs
(Gift of Gab, Headnodic & Lateef the Truthspeaker), Mochipet,
Bayonics, Mophono, Ghosts on Tape, Maus Haus, and Ryan Greene with
supporting DJ's E Da Boss, Brown Magic, Toph One, and Touchphonics.
Live On The Lane will be held on Maiden Lane between Kearny and Grant
off Union Square in San Francisco from 3pm til 10pm. For more
