Go Girl


Born in Buffalo, NY, but raised in Cleveland, OH, Tuwan Spencer has his own Eastern and Midwestern approach about him. His hit "Go Girl" has a Kendrick Lamar feel to it. The sound is not something characteristic of an artist living in Cleveland. The vibe is presented with thoughtfulness and articulation. The song is very conscious and descriptive about a woman on her grind, a true "Go Girl". The verse that stuck out to me was "Don't talk purpose to me purposely".
