Profile Information

Relationship Status:
Married
Bio:
Vocalist , producer, writer, activist !!!

The power of a musician is measured by the weight of their message, the sincerity in their delivery and the diversity of their sound. While all musicians understand those concepts few can actually say they truly apply them to everyday life. Seneca is one of those few musicians. His words project socially responsible thoughts and that come straight from the heart. Seneca blends activist and musician into one entity proving his dedication to creating positive changes in the world.

On Seneca’s EgoWar Compilation CD the last 5 years of his life as a musician are displayed show casing both his production talent, and his lyrical prowess. EgoWar is 19 tracks of urgent passion for uniting people to motivate social, spiritual, and physical revolution. Seneca displays the ability to rock over gritty boom bap beats, polished R&B singles, and dance floor bangers, all with positive energy. Just to name a few guest features folks like P.E.A.C.E. of FREESTYLE FELLOWSHIP, D-WIZ, and SLIMKID3 from PHARCYDE all lend a hand. The interlude beats made by Seneca exhibit his unique ear and all bare his signature ability to inspire creativity. What the future holds for Seneca is unlimited.

"Definitely a Car Slumper, Beach banger or party popper. For all to enjoy"

Seneca Will Schachter has been creating inspiring music and booty-movin’ beats since 1987, when he first began playing with local drummers in his hometown of Gainesville, Florida. Since then, Seneca has continued to rock sold-out shows in the San Francisco Bay area and around the country. As an MC, producer and activist, Seneca’s fresh and energetic spirit motivates audiences to look deeper into their lives, question the prevailing status quo, and instigate change in the world, while his unique beats and lyrical style successfully merge activism, Roots Reggae and Hip-Hop into a force for transformation and consciousness. Cole Lumpkin Moves With the Music, Letting Life Shape Every Note

Cole Lumpkin doesn’t create from a distance. He creates from inside the moment. As a New York City native, his artistry reflects motion, curiosity, and constant self-interrogation. Music for Lumpkin isn’t something you step into once everything is figured out. It’s something you carry with you, refine on the move, and allow to grow alongside real life. A self-taught…See More

Prentice Grant: From Vauxhall to Legacy — The Rise of an Independent Hip-Hop Force

The first time Prentice Grant realized music could change his life, he was just a kid in Vauxhall, New Jersey, staring at the TV.
