Taking to the likes of Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, 2Pac, Public Enemy, X-Clan, Brand Nubian and Rakim and being inspired by people such as Che, Malcom X, Marcus Garvey, Angela Davis, Huey P. Newton, his cousin Matt (fist of the northstar) Cash / Zulu B-Boy, Refa / Zulu Graffer, The Cuf & Socailistics along with many others, he began a long road towards empowerment and enlightement. After traveling for years from Maryland, Florida, Seattle, L.A. & back to Sac. and rockin the stage on the same bill with the likes of Nas, Dead Prez, Zion I, Prince Po, Black Sheep, Old Dominion, Othello, Living Legends, Blu, Freestyle Fellowship, Propaganda, Little Brother, Swollen Members, L.A. Symphony, Glory, 2Mex and Awol 1. He's now 32 years of age and has been actively performing and throwing events that range from everything from Poetry and Spoken Words lounges, concerts to benefit shows and speaking and lecture engagements all the while writing into the message of his music the voice of ancients spoken through his expierences with the hopes of inspiring the next generation to seek consciousness over consumer culture vultures. Old Ghost is working on his solo album to be released in Sept. 2010 off the independent label TPR records based in Sacramento which he started back in 2003 with his cousin Matt Cash and his best friend Mahtie Bush. The People's Revolution consist of Old Ghost (The General), Mahtie Bush, Tribe Of Levi (Mic Jordan, Poor, N.O.N), MLS (Monotone, Lou Slugga, Century), Styles1001, Agustus ThElefant, Phryme, & North Star Zulu B-Boy Matt Cash.
