- 925 Hip Hop is an organization that supports all four elements of hip hop culture thru weekly sessions. 925 Hip Hop was founded by 3 B-boys and a DJ on May 6th 2006, in Todo Santos Park, Concord, California. The breaking sessions have been since then moved all around Contra Costa County. T
Since 2006 we have always had an anniversary to reunite all the chapters of the 925 Hip Hop. This year it took place at Mount Diablo High School in Concord, California.
