Bio:
DJ Randy G -Bio: Since 1985 to Present-

In 1985, I started out by being a "Roadie" for D'Jam Hassan and Jazzy Jim in the South Bay Area. My job was to load and unload the truck, set up the DJ equipment - Lights - Do Sound check - A lot of important behind the scene tasks that make a DJ's performance possible. I was a very patient student of the DJing art. I currently work for Clear Channel Communication Radio Station KQOD MEGA 100.1 FM in the Central Valley as a Live DJ on the Air for Holiday Mixes and the Saturday Night House Party broadcast live from Scamblez in Tracy California. I love this industry so much I would do this for free.... and to get paid to do this makes this a Dream come True!

My specialty is Old School & R&B from the 80's to current. I DJ from Night Clubs to Concert Events and yes Private Events as well...

I currently live in East Side San Jose, Ca. (South Bay Area) - I coach (PAL Football) - East Hills Wolfpack

Family from Philippines, Born in San Francisco, Ca. Moved to San Jose, Ca. 1975

Prentice Grant: From Vauxhall to Legacy — The Rise of an Independent Hip-Hop Force

The first time Prentice Grant realized music could change his life, he was just a kid in Vauxhall, New Jersey, staring at the TV. Two kids not much older than him were on the screen — backwards clothes, fearless energy, commanding the world. It was Kris Kross performing “Jump.”And in that moment, something clicked. It wasn’t just the beat.It wasn’t just the crowd. It was the power. From that day forward, Prentice didn’t just listen to hip-hop — he became it.He sharpened his pen studying legends.…See More
