Founded in 2005 by Theodore Palmer in New York City, CEM is committed to exposing products to the public and have handled marketing campaigns for independent artists and groups such as Crunchy Black, Bloody Knuckle, Prophet Posse and Chain Gang Parolees.

Over the years, CEM has collaborated with national artists and labels on a plethora of events and have made valuable gains for music projects of its clients across the country.

CEM has also provided strategic marketing planning for models, professional athletes, nonprofit agencies, small companies and have been retained to organize product launches and events for a host of individuals.
