Enigmatic mash-up specialist, Flowervillain, has returned with a new project.

Dropped on Bandcamp via Altered Crates, Not Dead pairs two icons, Tupac and Jimi Hendrix, in a cross-generational, era-defying suite. The surgical six-track tape stitches classic Pac barbs and excerpts from interviews with the late rapper into ace chops of Hendrix’s iconic six-string assault. It follows a year of sporadic releases, mostly in batches of instrumentals or loosies posted to Soundcloud.
