Event Description

BISS Entertainment presents:

The Silver Ball BISS Holiday Party!

A host of local musicians and arts organizations are joining forces for a special holiday celebration, The Silver Ball, on Wednesday, December 1 at The Independent. Presented by the Bay Area's Biss Entertainment, the event features San Francisco bands The New Up, bernadette, Crackerjack Highway and M80 Mailbox, artists on the Biss roster who also share an affiliation as teachers, staff and alumni of San Francisco non-profit Blue Bear School of Music. Local DJ Jack Frost, fixture of Antarctica and Blackcrack NYC parties, will spin between sets. The Silver Ball is a party of epic proportions that also serves a purpose: a portion of proceeds will be donated to Blue Bear to help the school continue its 39-year legacy of bringing innovative and affordable music education programs to anyone, regardless of financial means, who is motivated to sing, play or craft a song. Festivel silver attire is encouraged, and advance tickets are recommended.

Influenced by trailblazers like Joyce Kennedy,…See More
