Dance maker Christy Funsch offers audiences a rare opportunity to view solos up close and in private in Funsch Solos: One on One, running Thursday through Sunday, March 8-11, 2012 at Z Space at Theater Artaud in San Francisco. Celebrating her prolific and intimate approach to solo dance, One on One features six new and 10 repertory works (16 solos in total, split onto two programs), created by Funsch and set on a stunning array of Bay Area performers, including the Flamenco diva Yaelisa, B Boy artist Skorpio, and contemporary dancer Nol Simonse.
