For the first ever time, the most famous, prestigious and longest running DJ battle on the planet touches down in San Francisco - at one of the finest venues in North America - The Midway.

20 DMC National Champions from across the globe will compete for the most coveted DJ title in the world... under the gaze of the Golden Gate Bridge!

Only six minutes separates each of these competitors from immortality... following in the famous footsteps of the likes of Craze, A-Trak, Prime Cuts, DJ Cash Money, DJ Switch, DJ Kentaro, DJ Fly, JFB and the late great Grandmaster Roc Raida.

Can K-Swizz successfully defend his World Title? Can he take the trophy home to New Zealand? The Technics turntables await!

Alongside the traditional DMC World Final, Technics also presents the DMC Battle For World Supremacy. This is a classic head-to-head battle where DJs go round for round with clever disses and turntablist pyrotechnics until only one DJ is left standing. The defending DMC World Supremacy champion is DJ Topic representing France, also flying in for the big night.

Alongside these titanic battles is one of the strongest line-ups of live acts, DMC World Champions and superstar guest DJs playing live on the night (line up announced August 29).

It is being billed as The Night Of A Thousand Stars... a night that will go down in history as DMC and Technics yet again put on the greatest show on earth.
