Event Description

Urban Solutions
2 Blocks Of Art
Urban Solutions’ 2 Blocks of Art takes place on Sixth Street between Market and Howard. The art walk showcases a neighborhood rich in culture and well known for its cutting edge arts community. The event draws a record number of people to the Sixth Street corridor; features, like musicians playing in a Laundromat and a fashion designer exhibiting in an optometry office, make this event truly uniqu...e!

2 Blocks of Art is bookended by well-known Luggage Store gallery at one end, and 1st Amendment gallery (1AM) at the other. Approximately 75 artists exhibit in 25 locations – all within 2 blocks! Let us know you are coming; RSVP online!

Artists will be featured in galleries, retail shops, restaurants, theaters and event spaces along the first two blocks of Sixth Street. The art walk is FREE and no purchase is required for viewing the shows! The restaurants, bars, nightclubs and theaters along Sixth Street will offer discounted food, drinks and admission prices to after-party events for art walk participants.

So You Think You Can Paint? Club Six will be hosting, "So You Think You Can Paint?"
The concept is simple, come down and paint with others and help create a mural. Bring your own paint and brushes or use ours. The idea is to have as many people as possible help complete the mural by 8pm. 2 4 1 Drinks from 4pm-8pm.
The Four G's Issue release party follows immediately after.
