Arabian Prince set the record straight about several things involving N.W.A., including their first record, the original members of the group, and more.

Speaking about the "N.W.A. and the Posse" album, Arabian Prince told us that the project is actually a "bootleg" that Macola Records' Don McMillan put together once they left the label. He pointed out that the album was never authorized, and Arabian Prince said that the original project just says "N.W.A." on the cover.

During the conversation Arabian Prince also spoke about the original members of N.W.A., which included Ice Cube, Eazy-E, Dr. Dre, and himself. The West Coast artist said that DJ Yella and MC Ren came into the situation later on, which he says can be proven by looking at the back cover of the first album that features the first four members.

In an interview with DJ Vlad, he says it was just artists talking about their realities, "The music didn't make the event, the event caused the music." During the sit-down, the Dallas-born rapper says "the machine" has pushed a lot of rappers with "juice." He explained, when it comes to the circle of life in the industry, conscious artists such as Kendrick Lamar and J. Cole have created a balance. "Those guys are bringing conscious on a different level back to production. Even though, it's not as dirty, it's kind of dirty," he told DJ Vlad.

"Why would [Dr.] Dre put me in it?" she ponders, as they were in a abusive relationship for many years. "I mean 'cause if they start from where they start from I was just a quiet girlfriend who got beat up and told to shut up," she candidly proclaims.

Nevertheless, Michel'le says she will "absolutely" watch the movie upon it's release, though it's clear she has her reservations on how the group may come off.
