Her 2018 release, Unbroken (on the Con Alma Music label), celebrates the indelible link between jazz and the blues, and showcases her talents in the lineage of Bessie Smith and Betty Carter.<br /> For this performance titled “The Power of the Voice,” Austin is joined by an all-star trio including pianist Tammy L.
