Police Forcibly Draws Blood of DUI Suspects in Georgia
GEORGIA (Jun 27, 2013) - Suspected drunk drivers in some metro counties are getting a rude surprise when they refuse a breathalyzer test.
Instead of taking no for an answer, officers now obtain a search warrant to forcibly draw blood and get evidence for the case.
The key word: forcibly.
