DJ Shadow releases his latest video “Rocket Fuel feat. De La Soul” - a chaotic re-imagining of man’s first steps on the moon - directed by Sam Pilling (who also directed DJ Shadow’s “Nobody Speak feat Run The Jewels”). DJ Shadow's double album Our Pathetic Age is releasing 11/15 on Mass Appeal!
“Rocket Fuel” is a hard-charging reemergence for DJ Shadow, long celebrated as a pivotal artist in experimental, instrumental hip-hop. The song explodes with stacks of vocal samples, horns, Shadow’s dazzling DJ scratch work and a muscular performance from the legendary rap crew De La Soul.
