ABOUT

New Orleans born Sargent Tucker (ST) is a multi-talented singer, songwriter, and musician who remains motivated to achieve his goal of getting better at his music. Music remains the artist’s true love, but not his only love. His interests in musical composition were sparked when he picked up his first guitar at the tender age of five. ST’s roots as an artist can be traced to the San Francisco Bay Area, where he turned professional at the age of twelve and was recording tracks by age fifteen. ST graduated with honors from the University of California Davis to uphold a promise to his mother (years after her passing).

ST was inspired to write music with the purpose of creating an aura of good feelings, armed with remarkable sensibilities for relaying a personal love for all good music. Observing how so many individuals, not just musicians, express a deep love for music as a part of their daily lives, he hopes to cultivate his unique rhythms. Understanding that taste in music is subjective, he believes that everyone is united with a love for various styles and types of music.
