Two aspiring rappers from California's Bay Area & Central Valley, OGDR & Billy Tha Kidd (BTK), link up to represent California in their own unique way with their debut mixtape: CA State of Mind. The mixtape has a journey of moods while all keeping a California/West Coast vibe. You get G-Funk inspired beats, then to a more bay-area influenced sound, and they even capture a relaxing vibe in the last portion of the mixtape. Between the clean production, and consistent and unique flows throughout, CA State of Mind is an all around solid debut.
