North Carolina based Phillip Pearson known as Philly Phil boosted his career by his inspirational. Motivational music. At the age of 13 he started writing his own music. Locally known he began his exposure through independent shows and creativity. Philly Phil signed his first record deal at the age of 20 to Atlanta independent label GME Entertainment, Philly Phil was raised in a single parent home with just his mom, the motivation came through out him by seeing his mother struggle. Seeking to further his career in sports he lacked the GPA requirements to become an athlete for colleges interested in his talents. As music as his only back up plan Philly Phil became one of the upcoming artist in his city to sign his first major deal with MTV partnered with the record label Mervilton Records/T J C Communications Publishing BMI. 

Philly Phil just signed to BDL4LIFE Entertainment for the release of his upcoming project.
