Goldenchyld was born as Dominic Ramon Cueto on the 26th of February in 1980. Pisces He was introduced to all the elements of hip hop by the young age of 9. Although he was still a kid, he managed to surround himself with dj’s, emcees, and dancers. He learned how to dj by watching his bestfriend’s older brother rip it up on the turntables. He eventually joined a group of dj’s, emcees, dancers, singers, and artists, along with other members Ngobility and Gwrex, combining all the elements of hip hop into the group known as The U.N.I.T. Like many other dj’s, he started doing mobile gigs. Eventually, he began entering local dj competitions, which later led him to national competitions. He released a mixtape along with Replay titled "Double Jointed," which was sold out before even hitting major record stores. He was also featured on Hip Hop Slams Turntable by the Bay, as well as The Meloists (Gwrex and Replay) latest project "Used Soul." In 2001, he received the San Francisco DMC title, which allowed him to advance to the USA finals. Soon after that, he was invited to compete in the Allies Allstar Beatdown.
