Seven months after the release of The Sharecropper’s Daughter, Sa-Roc has decided to update her Rhymesayers debut with an extra six songs.
Taking the album to new heights, which is a feat in itself as it was already one of the better albums from 2020 across the board, Sa-Roc continues to show off her concise blend of thought provoking commentary and razor sharp lyricism over production from Sol Messiah (responsible for the first five songs) and Evidence – who laced the final song, “The Rebirth,” which also features an unreleased verse from the late MF DOOM.
