Phonte and The Hamiltones Bring That Old Feeling Back With "Money Can’t Buy You Love"

The Hamiltones just released their debut EP, Watch the Ton3s Friday (June 7).
The former background vocalists for Grammy-winning singer-songwriter Anthony Hamilton, teamed up with Little Brother legend, Phonte for the project’s single, “Money Can’t Buy You Love (Remix),” which also features an appearance from singer Ricco Barrino and is the follow-up to lead single “Pieces.”
The track sees The Hamiltones members J. Vito, Tony Lelo and 2E croon about real love and real life.
Streetz Mentor and Gotti Rock Solid produced the song, which includes some live instrumentation courtesy of Lelo on guitar.
“We can switch up every now and then,” group member 2E told Billboard. “But this is a soul/R&B EP — feel-good music.”
