Two P-Funk classics are getting repressed on picture discs and translucent red wax.
As the curtains close on Parliament‘s half-century of globe and galaxy hopping, a new reissue campaign is promising to keep them in your personal orbit.
In a press release, Urban Legends/UMe announced reissues of two seminal selections from the catalog of the George Clinton-founded-and-fronted squad. The group’s 1974 Casablanca debut, Up For The Down Stroke, and its 1975 ode to DC, Chocolate City, have been treated to standard black 180g pressings.
