Ice Cube revealed the Biden administration has made good on its promise.
In the months leading up to the 2020 election, legendary rapper Ice Cube made quite a few headlines, many of which were confusing. He spread some anti-Semitic conspiracy theories on Twitter, and caught a sizable amount of backlash after meeting with Donald Trump to discuss his Contract with Black America. Shortly afterward, he joined a virtual panel for a right-wing Israeli organization. At the time, Cube said all along that the Biden administration wanted to wait until after the election to speak with him.
On Wednesday, Cube joined Atlanta radio mogul Ryan Cameron’s “Majic ATL” show, where he revealed that at long last, he’s in the process of setting up a meeting with Biden.
“Whether a Democrat or Republican is in the White House,” Cube said, “they’re still not looking at our agenda in the right way. So it doesn’t matter. We still have to get them to acknowledge and remedy our situation in the right way.”
