This week, we’ll be getting Fat Joe‘s new album Family Ties, which also features Dre from Cool & Dre. With days away from from its release, Joey Crack went up to CBS News to talk to Vladimir Duthiers about the project and why he thinks its one of his best of his career. He speaks on some of the features on there, including Jeremih, Mary J. Blige, Remy Ma, Cardi B, Ty Dolla $ign and more. He actually compared his new album to Dr. Dre The Chronic.
Throughout their talk, Joe also revealed he is getting the feeling of retirement, only because he wants to be there for his daughter, son and his family.
With him telling CBS he’s about 85% gone, this may be the last effort we get from Joey.
Even if he retires, it might just be from music, not from other ventures he’s working on. He wants to act and do other projects aside from the rap shit.
