Dave Chappelle Says He Wouldn't Bring Back 'Chappelle's Show' For Netflix
“I’m the type of person who doesn’t look back,” the comedian said.
Netflix has been known to pay Dave Chappelle millions of dollars for his work. The streaming service gave him $60 million back in 2016 for a three-special deal. But no amount of money could ever make the comedian bring back his seminal Chappelle’s Show.
During a stand-up comedy show in San Francisco, Chappelle fielded questions from the audiences, with one attendee asking him if he’d ever revive the popular TV series if Netflix offered him money to do so.
