Fresh off taking home his first GRAMMY and rocking The Tonight Show, Anderson .Paak keeps things in motion with an appearance on Funk Flex’s ongoing freestyle series.
Teasing an album with “more soul” than Oxnard had to offer, .Paak stays in the rap lane and floats over Lil Wayne’s “Uproar” beat with some introspective bars like “What’s killing my n****s, that’s finna end now/ I don’t wanna pull up on no more funerals/ cause they miserable/ and ain’t it some shit, when you dumb rich, but its still a slum village/ and you look around and everything changing/ well at least I’m with the n****s that I came with.”
