   Shobha Rao is the winner of the Katherine Anne Porter Prize in Ficti
 on, and her story “Kavitha and Mustafa” was chosen by T.C. Boyle f
 or inclusion in Best American Short Stories 2015. She is the author of
  the short story collection, An Unrestored Woman, and the novel, Girls
  Burn Brighter.  Chelsey Johnson is the author of the novel Stray City
 , as well as many short stories that have appeared in places such as O
 ne Story, Ploughshares, and NPR’s Selected Shorts. An alum of the Io
 wa Writers’ Workshop and the Stegner Fellowship, she’s currently a
 n assistant professor of English at the College of William & Mary.  Ja
 vier Zamora was born in El Salvador and migrated to the US when he was
  nine. He is a Wallace Stegner Fellow and holds fellowships from Canto
 Mundo, Colgate University, the Lannan Foundation, MacDowell, the Natio
 nal Endowment for the Arts, the Poetry Foundation, and Yaddo. Unaccomp

  poem The Yellow House, plus two collections, The Flood and Abductions
 . His work has appeared in The New York Times Magazine, Entropy, Spira
 l Orb and others. He also wrote, presented, and destroyed the novel Gh
 ostmaker throughout the course of 2015. He is a partner at Writ Large 
 Press, a Los Angeles based indie publisher, focused on using literary 
 arts to resist, disrupt, and transgress.  Lilah Sturges is an Eisner a
 nd Ignatz Award-nominated writer whose works include comics such as Ja
 ck of Fables, House of Mystery, Thor: Season One, and Justice Society 
 of America, as well as a pair of fantasy novels and a few short storie
 s. She is secretly a rock star. She lives in Austin, Texas with her tw
 o daughters and a cat named Greg.  Dominica Phetteplace is a math tuto
 r who writes fiction and poetry. Her work has appeared in Asimov's, An
 alog, F&SF, Clarkesworld, Zyzzyva, The Pushcart Prize Anthology and Th
 e Year's Best Science Fiction & Fantasy. She is a MacDowell Fellow and
