Event Description

Tribute: Prince | The Purple Party
Featuring the Kev Choice Ensemble
with Special Guest Martin Luther & More!

The Kev Choice Ensemble along with special guests pay homage to Prince, his extended musical family, and his legacy.

Pianist-emcee Kev Choice leads his 10-pc. outfit -- the Kev Choice Ensemble -- through the aural equivalent of a master class in African American music. This enormously talented unit lays down symphonic slap, furious funk, sweet soul, jumpin’ jazz, and hype hip-hop (with a conscious lyrical twist). Covering a wide stylistic base with finesse, flair, and serious chops, the KCE gives you more music than you’re used to getting, but not more than you deserve.

Before and after the band DJs Dave Paul and Jeff Harris (from the 7 year long running nationwide Prince vs Michael Experience). To celebrate the music of one of the biggest pop cultural icons of our generation the DJ Duo will be spinning your favorite jams from Prince, The Time, Vanity 6 and associated artists, including album cuts, remixes, rare tracks, classics and more!

The Hated Crew to Release Highly Anticipated Album “DNA” June 5th

More than just another project, DNA represents the core identity of The Hated Crew—its influences, struggles, sound, and artistic vision woven together into one cohesive body of work. The title itself reflects the idea that music is embedded in the group’s very makeup. Every track explores the elements that form their musical “genetic code”: rhythm, storytelling,…See More

Cole Lumpkin Moves With the Music, Letting Life Shape Every Note

Cole Lumpkin doesn’t create from a distance. He creates from inside the moment. As a New York City native, his artistry reflects motion, curiosity, and constant self-interrogation. Music for Lumpkin isn’t something you step into once everything is figured out. It’s something you carry with you, refine on the move, and allow to grow alongside real life. A self-taught…See More
