 ly known as Yung Mars) w/ 9 Piece Band  Featuring Guest Vocalists:

 ayknowledge + special surprise guests..   The \"Re-Mixtape\" is a com
 pilation of Remixes crafted by Mr. Mars Today and his team of musician
 s over the last year. It started with one remix for fun, and turned in
 to an extended labor of love. Many remixes were made, only 11 chosen f
 or the \"Tape\". The goal was to create tracks that truly paid homage 
 to the original artists & producers. The album features some of the Ba
 y Areas finest musicians, and even has a couple of tasteful vocal appe
 arances.   On Friday May 18th, for one night only, a large and profic
 ient band will play the new arrangements, and perform some select orig
 inal material. There will be many talented vocalists helping to play t
 he parts of the original artists, and some very special surprise guest
 s…   Skins & Needles is a duo made up of Dj Zeph (Om Records, Oakla
 nd Faders) and Max MacVeety (drummer for Crown City Rockers). Both sta
 ples in the Bay Area Hip-Hop scene, this duo joins forces to bring a c
 lub-party vibe with the use of live drums, breaks, scratching + mixing
  that keeps the dance floor moving. With live drums and Dj Zeph’s mu
 sicality, Skins & Needles catches the attention of musicians, producer
 s, and Hip-Hop heads as well as people just wanting to party and dance
