 June 19th, 2011, Richard “Steelo” Vazquez--a world-renowned B-Boy 
 and fixture in the LA dance community--suffered a ruptured brain aneur
 ysm and was rushed to the emergency room. During his operation and the
  week that followed, he tragically suffered 3 additional hemorrhages. 
  Amazingly, Steelo survived this tragic episode and is today quickly r
 elearning to not only walk and talk again, but do what he loves most i
 n this world: dance.  One full year after Steelo’s aneurysm, Style E
 lements Crew will be hosting a special benefit B-Boy jam to celebrate 
 this precious thing called life and assist Steelo’s wife and one-yea
 r old son Elijah through this trying time.  We will be bringing B-Boys
 , DJ’s, MC’s, Writers and community members throughout California 
 together for a Sunday afternoon of dancing, art, music and unity.  100
 % of the proceeds raised through the event will be donated directly to
  the Richard Vazquez Trust.  Join us as we come together in the true s
 pirit of community and aid for our brother in his time of need.  ####\
