NON STOP BHANGRA COMES TO THE EAST BAY!!!
After years of feedback from people about bringing Non Stop Bhangra night to the East Bay and making it accessible to people 18 and over, this month we are making it happen. In April, Non Stop Bhangra takes its award winning monthly production and ventures out to the East Bay to the New Parish in Oakland to share the experience on this side of the bridge.

Still holding to its tradition, the night will start off with the ritual interactive Bhangra dance lesson followed by performances by the lovely ladies of Dholrhythms Dance Company. This month we are excited to feature special guest headliner Mickey Singh performing live for the first time at Non Stop Bhangra. The journey will continue with Non Stop Bhangra DJ's DJ Jimmy Love and DJ Rav-E spinning the latest and greatest Bhangra tunes to keep you moving all night alongside our drummers Pavit and Mehul spicing up the night with banging Dhol beats. The night will be hosted by the one and only Mandeep Sethi, a California grown Emcee and an active contributor to India’s blooming hip-hop scene.

Whether you are exploring a new culture for the first time or addicted to the music and its essence, this will be one night where you can get away from it all and dance the night away. So much more than just a club night, Non Stop Bhangra has truly turned into one of a kind cultural experience only found in the Bay Area. If you have never made it out to a Non Stop Bhangra night, here’s your chance to experience it on this side of the Bay. Don’t miss it!

Sparoh’s “Panama” Delivers a Powerful Message of Confidence and Creative Freedom

Sparoh is an Atlanta-based artist creating music at the crossroads of melodic trap, alternative pop, and punk-fueled rebellion. Equal parts vulnerable and unapologetic, her work explores identity, liberation, and the complexities of Black womanhood.Raised in the DMV on a foundation of jazz, funk, and blues, Sparoh was drawn early to artists who challenged convention and redefined what was possible. Influenced by trailblazers like Joyce Kennedy,…See More
