 avannah Style Party on Oct 5th during the First Friday festivities in 
 downtown Oakland. This special fundraising event starts at 6pm and end
 s at 10pm. Location will be on Telegraph Ave between 21st and 22nd Str
 eet. The event brings together people, music and cultures from around 
 the world under the themes of fun, love and excitement as it celebrate
 s the power of art, music and carnival to revitalize MoLOve's youth de
 velopment program.\nThe latest production MoLOve Mardi Gras is an Inte
 ractive Art and Mass participation event born directly of out of love 
 for Caribbean culture and carnival, made famous by traditions that app
 ear globally each year in places like Trinidad, Brazil, Italy, and New
  Orleans. The theme for the presentation is Pirates & Sailors.\nMoLOve
  Mardi Gras - Savannah Style Party will commence at 6pm on Telegraph A
 ve. Registration will also be available at the event for a nominal don
 ation of your choice between $10 - $30. Come dressed in your favorite 
 pirate or sailor costume and get ready to share the experience of worl
 d cultures in a dynamic fusion of art and music - Trinidad, New Orlean
 s, California, Burning Man, Brazil etc. all channeled in to one exciti
 ng jamboree.\n\nFeel the rhythms of the great sounds of Caribbean Stee
 l drums as we alight the streets with music.\n\nSee the awesome displa
 ys by the Art Cars / Floats direct from the Burning Man showcase in Ne
