 n's first HUSHfest silent disco. Lucky attendees will enjoy two channe
 ls of contrasting styles of music with deep East Bay roots. Channel A 
 will feature soul, funk, disco, r&b and hip hop from East Bay legends 
 Davey D (KPFA's Hard Knock Radio), Dr. Rickey Vincent (KPFA's History 
 of Funk). Ren the Vinyl Archaeologist (True Skool), DJ Platurn (Oaklan
 d Faders) and Motion Potion (SFFunk). Channel B will feature house, br
 eaks, and techno from the legendary Brass Tax crew, represented by Ern
 ie Trevino, JoeJoe, Haute Mess, MACE and Marky Ray. Closing out the da
 y will be an East Bay native who is one of the bay Area's most innovat
 ive post-genre party turntablists, DJ Mancub of the Space Cowboys.  Â
