 e of the finest\nlive dub acts in the world, ZT are pioneers in the pr
 actice of dynamic onstage\ndub mixing, which the band performs alongsi
 de acoustic instruments and the best\nlive vocalists. One of the fines
 t purveyors of roots reggae music, ZT has also\nbeen heavily involved 
 in alternative and DIY underground culture since the\n‘90s. ZT was f
 ounded in 1990 by Dub master/electronics controller NEIL PERCH who is 
 also the owner and\nadministrator of the Universal Egg and Deep Root r
 ecord labels, the Abassi Hi\nPower sound system, and the ZT studio in 
 Koln,\nGermany. Neil’s\nextensive songwriting, production and remix 
 credits include Gentleman, UB40,\nLuciano, Beenie Man, Earl 16, Jack R
 adics, Gregory Isaacs, Alton Ellis, Rootsman, Afro-Celt Sound System, 
 Dub Syndicate, Junior Reid, The Ruts DC, The Tassilli Players and The 
 Power Steppers. In 2007, the band released its long awaited ninth albu
 m, Live as One which was awarded a Jamaican\nReggae Grammy for ‘Best
  Dub Album.’ Incredibly well-received, the album\nfeatured vocals fr
 om Earl 16, Tippa Irie, Dubdadda, YT, Marlene Johnson, Raiz\nand Lua, 
 and was followed two years later by the Live as One Remixed album, whi
 ch involved producers from Poland,\nCrete, Brazil, Mexico, Croatia, Fr
 ance, Italy and the U.K. ZT’s next album, State of Mind is due for r
 elease in\nSeptember 2011. A preview single, just released, is “Rain
 bow Children,” an\nupdate of the Aswad classic featuring Brinsley Fo
