WE ALL WE GOT announces the first in a San Francisco headline series of National and International Touring Artists of conscious, with Rap Veteran Canibus. Presented by Inhouse Talent and their independent artist series, WE ALL WE GOT, and hosted by Revolutionary Artist Sellassie, May 12th at the Rockit Room will be an authentic Hip Hop Show not to be missed. This is a special show, and the first time that Canibus has played in the city, supported by a strong lineup of local talent and Distortion 2 Static’s DJ Beats Me keeping the party live, this show will sell out.
Melatonin Magik is the ninth studio album by rapper Canibus. It's his first album since his 2007 effort For Whom the Beat Tolls, and his debut on the new label War Lab Records. The album features artists such as DZK, Warbux, Blaq Poet, K-Solo, and a few others. 12 years have passed since Canibus’ debut album Can-I-Bus hit the Billboard charts in 1998, peaking at #2 behind Lauryn Hill. Whether you know him as Rip the Jacker, Poet Laureate, the Infinite Emcee, or just Can-I-Bus, hip hop heads all over the world know that Germaine Williams aka Canibus is a force to be reckoned with on the microphone.

Unwilling to let these crimes against hip hop culture go undetected, Canibus enlists the help of Professor Griff from Public Enemy, who hosts the album, lending an allied voice to Canibus' clarion call. With his devastating lyrical prowess on the mic, Canibus is ready to defy all odds and recapture the hearts of hip hop heads once again.

2009 West Coast Hip Hop Award recipient and event host, Sellassie is shining as a leading progressive voice in Bay Hip Hop.
