Andrew Sean Greer's latest book is The Impossible Lives of Greta Wells. He's also the bestselling author of The Story of a Marriage, which The New York Times has called an "inspired, lyrical novel," and The Confessions of Max Tivoli, which was named a best book of 2004 by the San Francisco Chronicle and the Chicago Tribune while garnering many other coast-to-coast honors. His first novel, The Path of Minor Planets, and his story collection, How It Was for Me, were also published to wide acclaim. His stories have appeared in Esquire, The Paris Review, The New Yorker, and other national publications, and have been anthologized most recently in The Book of Other People and Best American Nonrequired Reading. He is the recipient of the Northern California Book Award, the California Book Award, the New York Public Library Young Lions Award, and fellowships from the National Endowment for the Arts and the New York Public Library. Greer lives in San Francisco.

Ali Eteraz is the author of the short fiction collection Falsipedes and Fibsiennes. His stories have appeared in storySouth, Chicago Quarterly Review, Akashic Books, Crossborder, and Forge Journal, among others. Eteraz is the author of the critically acclaimed darkly comic memoir CHILDREN OF DUST: A Portrait of a Muslim as a Young Man (HarperCollins, 2009). It was selected as a New Statesman Book of the Year and was featured on PBS with Tavis Smiley, NPR with Terry Gross, C-SPAN2, and numerous international outlets. The book was called “compelling” by the Washington Post, and O: The Oprah Magazine, chose it for its Fall Reading List.

Lydia Popovich is a SF-based comedian. Her anecdotal humor and vivid storytelling make her a unique voice in a sea of dick jokes. She produces and hosts an all female stand-up showcase in the Bay Area called Ladies Love that takes place the second Tuesday of each month at The Layover in Oakland. She's a paid regular at Rooster T. Feathers, San Jose Improv, Punch Line SF, Punch Line Sacramento and Cobb's Comedy Club. She placed second in the 2014 She Devil Comedy Competition and has been featured in SF Sketchfest 2013, 2014 and 2015. As well as the Women In Comedy Festival 2013 and Cape Fear Comedy Festival 2014. She recently performed 4 minutes of stand-up on Creepy KOFY Movie Time and taught Derek Waters how to take a Jell-O shot on Comedy Central's Drunk History.

Megan Prelinger is a cultural historian and the author of two books: Inside the Machine: Art and Invention in the Electronic Age (WWNorton, 2015) and Another Science Fiction: Advertising the Space Race (Blast Books, 2010). As an artist in residence at the Exploratorium from 2009 to 2013, she is co-author, with Rick Prelinger, of five graphic atlases of Bay Area landscape history that are installed as a permanent exhibit in the museum. She is co-founder, also with Rick, of the Prelinger Library in San Francisco, an independent research library open to the public, and is the architect of its unique information design system. She also is a naturalist and leads birding walks with San Francisco Nature Education
