Proceeds to benefit with any existing, extraneous and forthcoming bills/expenses in Stef's life that may unexpectedly occur from a sudden passing of this nature.

Additionally, to preserve and maintain her vast archive of one-of-kind music, mixes, memorabilia and the journalistic works created by way of Vinyl Exchange, VeTV, and any other creative endeavors produced by DJ Stef.
