 ES This is DMC’s classic solo showcase style DJ battle: DJs will eac
 h perform a 2 min. routine for the elimination round. Judges will sele
 ct the top 6 to advance to the final round. The top 6 will each perfor
 m a 6 min. routine. The champion of this battle will advance to the 20
 14 DMC US Finals (date and location tba)  FORMAT for 2014 DMC BATTLE F
 OR US SUPREMACY DMC Battle for US Supremacy is a classic head to head 
 DJ Battle where the top 8 DJs are paired up and battle until there is 
 one DJ left standing!   Quarter Final: 2 rounds of 60 sec. each for th
 e top 8 DJs Semi Final: 2 rounds of 90 sec. each for top 4 DJs Finals:
  2 rounds of 90 sec. each for top 2 DJs  The champion will advance to 
 the 2014 DMC Battle for World Supremacy in Oct. 2014. This battle is V
 INYL ONLY. Each competitor will perform a 2 min. elimination set to be
  considered for the Top 8 competitors (Top 7 IF the 2013 DMC US Suprem

 Two mixers – but a Rane Sixty One mixer or Rane TTM 57 will be avail

  their own headphones, slipmats, needles, records, laptops, cords, con
 trol vinyl and/or laptop stands etc. Promoter/sound will supply Techni
