  Cumbia with Ska through contagious rhythms and multiple languages, th
 eir music takes you on a ride through a day in the emerging globalized
  experience where the movement of people and ideas are in constant flu
 x. Reflecting lead vocalist Kata’s own experience of growing up Span
 ish American in Spain, Italy, and the U.S., LoCura’s music rides the
  borders of identity and migration piecing together a mosaic of our my
 riad cultures and experiences. Moved by the music that crosses borders
  and takes root in different lands, LoCura draws from this creative 'r
 ebelde' spirit to cultivate the cures passed on from our ancestors.Ban
 g Data: Straight out of the San Francisco Bay Area Bang Data was born 
 in early 2008, bringing you a mix of slick and melodic guitar, and gri
 tty synth & bass over banging electro-acoustic rhythms; making this th
 e perfect canvas for Deuce Eclipse’s bilingual rhymes and melodies. 
 Bang Data’s sound is a mash-up of styles combining hints of Latin, R
 eggae, Hip-Hop & Rock triggering memories of music we once grew up wit
 h yet offering a futuristic vision of Latin Alternative music. Bang Da
 ta are Deuce Eclipse on vocals, drummer/producer Juan Manuel Caipo, an
 d Dave Lopez on guitars.Together they deliver a live performance that 
 is edgy, energetic and contagious; pushing the songs from their debut 
 EP, Maldito Carnaval, even further.DJ Santero: Drawing from such diver
 se musical influences as Reggae, Jazz, Punk, Funk and Hip-Hop, Santero
  incorporated his traditional Latin upbringing with these western musi
 c styles and developed his own brand of international fusion beats. He
  splits his time working as a recording artist, producer, deejay and r
 adio host. In 2005 he was named Best New Artist by Batanga magazine fo
 r his first album and made Remezcla's 2008 Top Ten list. Santero reach
 es deep into his Latin roots & African diaspora sensibilities to bring
  together the best of two musical worlds in this utterly danceable & c
