  history, culture, and social impact of New York’s summer b-ball sce
 ne, widely recognized as the worldwide “Mecca” of the sport. Featu
 ring basketball superstars and legends: Julius \"Dr. J\" Erving, Kenny
  Smith, Kenny Anderson, Richard \"Crazy Legs\" Colon, and the Park Pic
 k-Up Players of NYC. Director Bobbito Garcia will be in attendance for
  an intimate Q&A following the film.   ABOUT BOBBITO GARCIA NYC native
  and world-renowned DJ Bobbito Garcia is the critically acclaimed auth
 or of Where’d You Get Those? NYC’s Sneaker Culture: 1960-1987 (Tes
 tify Books). In recent years, “Kool Bob Love” has done sideline re
 porting for the NY Knicks on MSG Network, voiced NBA 2K video games, a
 nd has hosted ESPN2’s It’s the Shoes series. In 2007, he designed
