reggae band, Big Mountain started in 1986 in San Diego, California. Th
ey first hit the charts in 1992 with the song “Touch My Light” fro
m their debut album, Wake Up. Following “Touch My Light,” Big Moun
tain released their cover of “Baby, I Love Your Way” in 1994. Orig
inally written by Peter Frampton in 1975, it is one of the most recogn
ized love songs and commercial hits of all time. That song and the ban
d’s next major hit single, “Get Together,” continue to be crowd
favorites at Big Mountain shows. After 10 consecutive years of touring
, including two appearances at Jamaica’s Reggae Sunsplash Festival,
Big Mountain took a break in 2005, occasionally reuniting for internat
ional performances for the next eight years. In May 2016, the band rel
eased Perfect Summer, their first album in 14 years.\r\nwww.bigmountai
